Coming from Barbara Laithwaite CBE’s cherished two hectares of vineyards on the Chiltern Hills, this English Sparkling reflects her award-winning legacy. Released in 2022 after five years of maturation, this sparkling wine uses a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier, with a dosage of 8.5g/l and an ABV of 12%. Henry Laithwaite, son of the renowned Tony Laithwaite and owner-winemaker of Harrow & Hope, has imbued this wine with his expertise and passion, making it a must-try.
Upon opening, the wine greets you with a rich aroma of crisp apple, summer fruits, delicate baked pastry and minerality.
